Software Purchase Refunds
We stand behind the quality of HomeCraft Studio. However, we understand that sometimes the software may not meet your specific needs. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent:
14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
All new purchases of HomeCraft Studio come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, subject to the following conditions:
· The refund request must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
· The software must be uninstalled from all devices
· Any distributed license keys must be deactivated
· The request must include the original purchase receipt/invoice number
How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request:

2. Include your order number and reason for the refund
3. Our customer service team will review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed through the original payment method
Subscription Plan Refunds
For subscription-based plans:
· Monthly subscriptions: No prorated refunds for partial months
· Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds for unused full months with 20% service fee
· Cancellation of auto-renewal can be done anytime through your account settings
Refund Exclusions
The following scenarios are not eligible for refunds:
· After the 14-day period has elapsed
· For purchases of add-ons, content packs, or expansion modules
· When the software has been used for commercial projects that have been delivered to clients
· In cases where the Terms of Service or EULA have been violated
· For issues resulting from incompatible hardware or software not meeting minimum requirements
